Precure really doesn't have a chance to ever win these. They really start to shine after about 25 or so episodes once all the characters are established. But, I'm happy that it seems like the framework is there and it will be a fantastic year for Precure. (twice in a row!)
Going by what people on kissu actually post about I guess the result is obvious for this one, although I want to point out that I don't like it myself.

That's when they decline in quality most of the time. They either overfocus on the mid-season cures and leave the rest out to dry or they start spinning their wheels repeating character episodes until the get close enough to the end to have a plot.
