Also my guess is that since Featherine's power is perfect, and Satoko knows the conditions of her looping, she just sees the other timelines as acceptable casualty since she can just do it all over again and everyone will be alive. She doesn't have to worry about if her loop will be perfect or not because she can guarantee it.
