As for that detailing, one thing that might help with the perspective of the girls you draw is giving their head shapes a little more definition. I usually work around this by making sure my base sketches for the head/faces are already oriented just how I'd like them. It's just a matter of piecing together the final head shape from those horizontal/vertical guidelines of the face before adding any major details like the eyes and mouth. Even one thing being slightly off can upset the whole balance so it's good to know where you're placing everything beforehand, even roughly.
Stuff like texturing and proper hand anatomy are indeed whole other cans of worms so otherwise I would suggest making sure the linework has a nice flow to it as well. Your Sanae and Clownpiece are pretty good but Reimu's head looks just a little funny with no chin in comparison for example.
You got the fundamentals on clear display, it's just a matter of further practice by reasonably pushing yourself via those ambitions.
Also I honestly though Koishi was just looking at leaves blowing in the wind lol, but an ant line makes sense.
